These terms and conditions apply to the use of credaventrio.com and the weekly Eco-newsletter of Stichting Credaventrio. By visiting our website or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to these calm and reasonable terms.
1. Purpose of the platform
Credaventrio is an independent Dutch platform sharing public information on renewable energy, ecology and Agriculture 5.0. We do not offer products or services for sale and we do not make recommendations of a financial nature.
2. Content and sources
We strive for careful, verifiable reporting based on public sources, knowledge institutions and our own editorial research. No rights can be derived from the content; we exclude liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of our reports.
3. Intellectual property
All texts, images and design of credaventrio.com are owned by Stichting Credaventrio or its licensors. Reuse is only allowed with proper attribution and for non-commercial, educational purposes.
4. Use of the platform
You agree not to use our website in a way that may cause harm to us or third parties, including automated scraping, posting harmful code or misuse of our forms.
5. Newsletter
Subscription to the Eco-newsletter is free and non-binding. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue or by sending a message to redactie@credaventrio.nl.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Changes
We may calmly amend these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, with the version date indicated at the top.
