Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes, in calm and clear language, how Stichting Credaventrio (hereinafter: 'Credaventrio', 'we', 'us') handles personal data of visitors to credaventrio.com and subscribers to our weekly Eco-newsletter. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementing Act.
1. Who is responsible?
The controller of the processing is Stichting Credaventrio, located at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89 41 27 30. You can reach our data protection officer at privacy@credaventrio.nl.
2. Which data do we collect?
We only process the data you provide to us yourself: your first name and email address when subscribing to our Eco-newsletter. In addition, we collect anonymised statistics about page visits (language, device type, anonymised country) without identifying you personally.
3. What do we use your data for?
We use your name and email address solely to send you one calm update per week on renewable energy, Agriculture 5.0, biodiversity and related public topics. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your sign-up data as long as you remain subscribed to our Eco-newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted or anonymised within thirty days. Anonymised statistics are kept for a maximum of 24 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, correct or delete your data, as well as the rights to portability and objection. Please contact privacy@credaventrio.nl for any request. If you disagree with our handling, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority in The Hague.
6. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), strict role-based access control and periodic security audits by independent partners.
7. Changes
If important changes are made to this policy, we will inform you in good time through our newsletter and on this page. The version date at the top of this document indicates the latest update.
